This file provides information for Shareware Distributors, Disk Vendors,
Computer Clubs, Users Groups, BBS Sysops, Information Services,
Consultants, Businesses, Organizations and others who wish to distribute
the subject software package.

Important Notice: This program was formerly released under the name "Bible
Challenge". In order to avoid a possible conflict with another program
released under a similar name, the name has been changed to BIBLE IQ

LONG DESCRIPTION: BIBLE IQ CHALLENGE is a game that tests your Old Testament
knowledge as you compete against yourself or other players in five
categories. Your choice of Beginner, Intermediate or Expert level
determines the speed at which you must play and the points you can earn.
Each player earns an Honorary Degree and a chance for fame on the Top
Scholars list. Suggested age level 10-120.

ONE-LINE DESCRIPTION: Bible trivia game for 1-3 players.

The complete BIBLE IQ CHALLENGE evaluation package should contain the
following files. Please ensure that each file is present. If any of these
files are missing or changed then the package is not complete and is not
suitable for distribution to others. The complete package may be obtained
directly from R.K. West Consulting.

DISTRIBUTION REQUIREMENTS:

Individuals who wish to distribute the software package to friends or
associates may do so in accordance with the requirements outlined in the
"License" section of BINFO.DOC.

Vendors, Distributors, Computer Clubs, User Groups, BBS Sysops, and persons
or organizations charging any kind of fee, wishing to add the software
package to their disk library may do so ONLY in accordance with the
"Limited Distribution License" below.

Limited Distribution License:

As the exclusive copyright holder for this software, Rosemary K. West dba
R.K. West Consulting authorizes distribution only in accordance with the
following restrictions.

* Association of Shareware Professionals (ASP) Approved Vendors in good
standing are hereby given permission to distribute the shareware
(unregistered) version of the software package via "traditional mail-order"
shareware distribution methods only.

* ASP Approved BBSs in good standing are hereby given permission to
distribute the unregistered version of the software package, as are BBSs
which do not charge a fee for downloading files.

* Non-ASP vendors MUST REQUEST AND RECEIVE PERMISSION PRIOR TO DISTRIBUTING
this package. (To facilitate receiving permission, include a copy of your
mail-order catalog with your request.)

* Non-ASP BBSs which charge a download fee MUST REQUEST AND RECEIVE
PERMISSION prior to distributing this package.

package, including all related program files and documentation files,
CANNOT be modified in any way and must be distributed as a complete
package, without exception. If any files listed in the VENDOR.DOC text
file, or the VENDOR.DOC file itself, are missing or changed, then the
package is not complete and distribution is forbidden. Please contact us to
obtain a complete package suitable for distribution.

Small additions to the package, such as the introductory or installation
batch files used by many shareware disk vendors, are acceptable, PROVIDED
THEY DO NOT INTERFERE WITH ANY INSTALLATION ROUTINE WHICH MAY HAVE BEEN
INCLUDED BY THE AUTHOR.

No price or other compensation may be charged for the software package. A
distribution fee may be charged for the cost of the diskette, shipping and
handling, as long as the total (per disk) does not exceed US$8.00 in the
U.S. and Canada, or US$12.00 internationally.

Disk-of-the-Month (or Subscription) Distribution:

If you would like to distribute the software package as a "disk-of-the-
month", or as part of a subscription or monthly service, then the following
restrictions apply:

ASP Associate (Disk Vendor) Members in good standing are hereby given
permission to distribute the software package under the subscription style
of distribution, subject to the terms of this license.

Others (non-ASP Members) must REQUEST AND RECEIVE written permission PRIOR
to distributing the software in this manner.

You cannot use a subscription distribution to use up your inventory
of outdated disks. Only current versions may be shipped as "disk-of-the-
month" or subscription disks.

Bundling, Disk Sets, CD-ROMs, "Rackware", Retail Distribution:

RELATED PRODUCTS, NOR CAN IT BE INCLUDED IN ANY COMMERCIAL SOFTWARE
PACKAGING OFFER; NOR CAN IT BE DISTRIBUTED IN PREPACKAGED OR OTHER FORM IN
RETAIL LOCATIONS OR AS PART OF A CD-ROM COLLECTION WITHOUT A WRITTEN
CONTRACT BETWEEN THE DISTRIBUTOR AND THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER.

You may not list any of our products in advertisements, catalogs, or other
literature which describes our products as "FREE SOFTWARE". This software
requires payment for use beyond evaluation, and is not free. You may not
list any of our products in advertisements, catalogs, or other literature
which describes our products as "PUBLIC DOMAIN SOFTWARE". This is
copyrighted material. It is not, and never has been, in the public domain.

You may not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble,
otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program except as
provided in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in
immediate and automatic termination of this license.

In no case may outdated or obsolete versions of the software package be
distributed. If the version you have received is or appears to be more than
six (6) months old, then contact the copyright holder to confirm that you
