               Association of Shareware Professionals (ASP)

The ASP is an organization of software authors, shareware disk vendors, and
bulletin board system (BBS) operators, devoted to the success of shareware.
One way ASP helps you, the user of shareware, is its Ombudsman service.

We at Quicksoft hope you never have a problem with our software or service.

Distribution Rules:

1. Indicate in all promotional material that PC-Write is shareware.
     We encourage giving a longer description of the shareware process.
2. If you use our registered trademarks "PC-Write" and "Quicksoft",
     please mark the first use of each with the circle-R symbol or "(R)".
3. Limit shareware distribution to the following countries:
     United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand.
4. Do not distribute the Thesaurus, disk 5. It is not shareware.
     It contains Roget's Thesaurus, a product of Houghton Mifflin.
5. Do not modify or delete files from any other disk.

You may distribute each disk separately, and/or compress files.
There are no restrictions on the price you charge per diskette.
We encourage you to become a member of ASP (see ASPINFO.DOC).

In the United Kingdom and Australia we encourage the distribution of the
localized versions of PC-Write, from Shareware Publishing and Manaccom,
respectively. They are also shareware, but provide for registration and
local technical support.

People who purchase a registration for PC-Write Advanced Level receive:

1. The right to use PC-Write Advanced Level 4.0.
2. Current PC-Write Advanced Level software, including Roget's Thesaurus.
3. The 180-page Reference Manual and 60-page Getting Started booklet.
4. One year of Technical Support, including our quarterly newsletter, and
   a 20% discount on all Quicksoft products, including updates and support.


Price of PC-Write Advanced Level registration:

$89 plus shipping ($5 contiguous U.S., $8 AK/HI/Canada, $19 other).
Additional user copies, without technical support, are $59 (plus shipping).
Upgrade package from any registered copy of PC-Write is $69.

We also have PC-Write Standard Level, with all product features through
standard level. Registration is $59, additional users $39, upgrade is $49.

The Wizard's Kit, with a 168-page book and disk on advanced customization
and control files, is $37. The Font Selector, for HP LaserJet users, is $19.
British, French, German, and Spanish word lists for the speller are $19 each.
Technical support (with newsletter) is $39 per year. Currently supported users
receive a 20% discount from all prices.

2. One floppy disk drive; two floppy drives or hard disk recommended.

4. Supported printer; PC-Write supports over 900 printers.
