Information about “PC-INVENTORY+”
An inventory program -- not an accountant, not a computer cash
register -- just an inventory program. But if that's all you want, then
this one is easy to use with lots of screen help and good report
features.
Pull-down menus make this program easy, especially if you are familiar
with the inventory process. You configure the program at startup to
handle your particular items, stock numbers, minimum inventory, prices,
etc., and it will generate "year to date" sales reports, "low
inventory reports" listing those items that fall below the minimum
inventory level, and an "inventory price list" -- a report of all items
in the inventory showing your profit or loss margin on each item.
If you have a mouse attached to your computer it will help you move
around the main menu.

LICENSE
PC-INVENTORY+ is not public domain software, nor is it free software.
PC-INVENTORY+ is copyright (C) 1989, by TRISOFT ENTERPRISES.
Non-registered users are granted a limited license to use PC-INVENTORY+
on a trial basis for the purpose of determining whether PC-INVENTORY+ is
suitable for their needs. Use of PC-INVENTORY+, except for this limited
purpose, requires registration. Use of non-registered copies of
PC-INVENTORY+ by any person, business, corporation, or other entity is
strictly prohibited.
Registration permits a user the license to use PC-INVENTORY+ only on a
single computer; a registered user may use the program on a different
computer, but may not use the program on more than one computer at the
same time.
No user may modify PC-INVENTORY+ in any way, including but not limited to
decompiling, disassembling or otherwise reverse engineering the program.
All users are granted a limited license to copy PC-INVENTORY+ only for
the trial use of others subject to the above limitations, and also the
following:
PC-INVENTORY+ must be copied in unmodified form, complete with the
file containing this license information.
The full PC-INVENTORY+ documentation must be included with the copy.
No fee, charge or other compensation may be accepted or requested
by any licensee.
PC-INVENTORY+ may not be distributed in conjunction with any other
product without a specific license to do so from TRISOFT ENTERPRISES.
Operators of electronic bulletin board systems (Sysops) may post
PC-INVENTORY+ for downloading by their users only as long as the above
conditions are met.
Distributors of public domain or user supported software may distribute
copies of PC-INVENTORY+ subject to the above conditions.

WARRANTY
TRISOFT warrants that all disks provided constitute an accurate
duplication of the software product and TRISOFT will replace any disks
found to be defective within 30 days from date of purchase. TRISOFT
will not honor this warranty where the product has been subjected to
physical abuse, or used in defective or non-compatible equipment.
TRISOFT warrants that the program will perform in substantial compliance
with the documentation supplied with the software product. If a
significant defect in the product is found, Purchaser will be entitled
to a refund. In no event will such a refund exceed the purchase price of
the product.
EXCEPT AS PROVIDED ABOVE, TRISOFT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EITHER
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITH RESPECT TO THE
PRODUCT. SHOULD THE PROGRAM PROVE TO BE DEFECTIVE, THE PURCHASER ASSUMES

Use of this software product for any period of time constitutes your
assumed acceptance of this agreement and subjects you to its contents.

ORDERING INFORMATION
A PC-INVENTORY+ registration licenses you to use the product on a regular
basis. Registration also includes mailed notification of updates. Users
need register only one version of PC-INVENTORY+; registration includes
licensed use of all upgrades.
Individual registrations for PC-INVENTORY+ are available in two forms.
The first, registration only, costs $25 and assumes you have already
received a copy of the program from whatever source. We do not provide
diskettes or manuals. For $35 we offer a combination registration
and diskette package. The diskette includes the latest version of the
program, its documentation and support files.
In addition, evaluation disks are available at any time for $10. These
disks do not include registration. The fee covers diskette, postage and
handling.
