project management, tracking, and controlling system.  Context-sensitive
help screens are a standard feature of this menu-driven package, and the
files it creates are compatible with dBase III.

EASY PROJECT supports up to 20 user-defined project phases and an
unlimited number of resources.  It uses variable-scale Gantt charts to
show planned-versus-actual dates of completion, and has extensive
reporting abilities.  It has two automatic installation programs, which
simplify the setup process for either hard disk or dual floppy disk
installations, and 11 pages of understandable documentation.

        ATTENTION DISK VENDORS!

        Any disk vendor who is a member in good standing of the
        Association of Shareware Professionals (ASP) may distribute
        Easy Project in accordance with our license agreement contained
        in the EP.DOC file.

        Vendors that are NOT members of the ASP, must ask for written
        permission from Parcell Software BEFORE distributing.  Please send
        a current catalog when requesting permission.

        In all cases, the following must be followed when distributing
        Easy Project:

        1.  That the EASY PROJECT disk will be distributed in whole
        and unmodified in anyway.

        2)  That the disk you sell is not sold for more than $10.00

        3)  The Shareware concept is explained in a clear manner

        4)   That you will promptly update your inventory when a new
        release of EASY PROJECT is sent.
